在厂级信息系统的基础上实施了"宁鲁煤电135MWCFB机组在线性能监测系统"项目。系统主要包括:一体化过程模型支撑平台(IMMS)软件、机组和全厂经济分析软件、IMMS与Wonderware数据库通讯软件三部分。该系统利用实时数据进行厂级和机组级的性能计算和耗差计算,为提高机组运行的经济性提供了技术支持。

On-line performance monitoring system of Ninglu coal-power 135MW CFB units is realized on the base of supervisor information system. The system involves Integrated Modular Modeling Software （IMMS）, economic analysis software for units and plant, communication software between IMMS and PHD database. The system uses real-time data to realize performance and energy loss calculation, and to improve the performance of units.
