合成气有效分率对费托合成反应影响中试研究 被引量:1

摘要 模拟以氮气为煤粉输送介质的壳牌煤粉气化技术生产的合成气,利用神华自主知识产权低温浆态床费托合成工业沉淀铁系催化剂SFT418,在CEU中试装置上实施了合成气有效分率对催化剂SFT418费托合成性能影响试验,结果表明:合成气有效气体分率高、费托反应CO和H2转化率(无论是单程还是总转化率)高、时空产率高、烯/烷质量比高,而CO2和CH4选择性相对较低。 Simulating syngas which was from SHELL powdered coal gasification technology production and utilizing low temperature F-T synthesis Fe based catalysts of Shenhua Group, pilot plant test of syngas effective ratio on SFT418 catalyst performance effects was carried into execution. The test results indicate that with an increase of syngas effective ratio, mass ratio of olefin and alkane, CO conversion, H2 conversion and space time yield of F-T synthesis reaction increase, but CO2 and CH4 selectivity is lower comparatively.
