The value of transvagival ultrasonography in early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy

目的探讨经阴道超声对输卵管妊娠的早期诊断的应用价值。方法对372例经阴道超声诊断的输卵管妊娠声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果因经阴道超声具有捕捉图像清晰、准确、快速的优点,输卵管早期妊娠的早期诊断率得到明显提高。结论经阴道超声对输卵管妊娠的早期诊断具有重要的临床价值,是当今超声诊断中最理想的一种超声方法。

Objective To explore the value of transvagival ultrasonography in early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. Methods Three hurdred and seventy two patients with tubal pregnancy were confirmed by transvagival ultrasonography, their transvagival ultrasonic information was analyzed retrospentively. Results In respect that the transvagival ultrasonic information was possessed of the features of eleareness, accuracy and celeritous, early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy rat had been significantly improved. Conclusion Transvagival ultrasenography in early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy has very important clinical value,it is the best method of ultrasonography in early diagnosis of tubal pregnancy so far.
