处方点评的实践与体会

Practice and experience prescription comments

目的探讨处方点评制度对促进临床合理用药的作用,为处方点评制度更好地实施提供参考。方法每月随机抽查100份门诊处方,填写处方评价表,评价门诊用药的合理性。结果平均每份处方113.33元,平均品种数为2.98种,使用抗菌药物的处方全部处方的46.0%,基本药物使用百分比为85.7%。处方不合格率2.04%,不合理率4.42%。结论处方点评制度可以发挥临床药师的作用,提高医生与药师合理用药水平,但工作方式还需进一步完善。

Objective Reviews of the system of prescription drugs to promote rational clinical role for the comment system to better implement the prescription reference. Methods 100 randomly selected monthly prescriptions, fill prescriptions evaluation form, evaluation of out-patient treatment was reasonable. Results The average 113.33 yuan per prescription, average number of species 2. 98 species, use of antimicrobial drugs prescribed 46. 0% of all prescriptions, the basic percentage of drug use was 85. 7%. 2. 04% failure rate of prescription and unreasonable rate of 4. 42%. Conclusion Prescription review system can play the role of clinical pharmacists, doctors and pharmacists to improve the level of rational drug use, but work needs to be further improved.
