真武汤联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的真武汤联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的疗效观察。方法收集我院2006年1月至2011年8月住院的肝硬化顽固性腹水患者78例,A组(治疗组)58例和B组(对照组)20例,两组均给予内科综合治疗,对照组给予奥曲肽注射1个疗程,治疗组在对照组基础上服用真武汤,观察疗效。结果治疗组显效率60.08%、总有效率94.85%。对照组显效率50.00%,总有效率,90.00%。两组显效率、总有效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论真武汤联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水达到标本兼治的疗效。
