为促进员工与企业的共同成长,实现个人和企业的双赢,本文分析了企业现有员工提升通道,并就如何建立多种员工提升通道,激励员工不断成长的方法做了分析,旨在将员工的自我实现和企业的发展紧密结合起来,并转化为企业的竞争优势。
