我国熟练、非熟练劳动替代弹性探究

The Elasticity of Substitution between Skilled and Unskilled Labor in China——Based on the 1990-2007 Provincial Panel Data

根据Sato的二级三要素CES生产函数模型,应用Kmenta的直接估计法对二级CES函数展开进行岭回归估计。随后采用超越对数生产函数模型,进行岭回归估计。研究发现使用张军(2004)、单豪杰(2008)两种资本存量数据,二级三要素CES函数、Translog生产函数模型,替代弹性估计结果均显示我国熟练、非熟练劳动之间的替代弹性约为1。

Based on the provincial panel data of 1990 -2007 in china and Sato＇s （1976） secondary CES production function model of three elements and using J. Kmenta＇s（1967） direct estimation method, this paper carries out a ridge regression estimation of the secondary CES function and then applies the Translog production function model to do it. The empirical study, based on the capital stock data of Zhang Jun （2004） and Shang Haojie （2008）, the secondary CES function of three elements, Translog production function model, finds out that the elasticity of substitution between skilled and unskilled labor is about 1.0.
