摘要 天籁α脑波背景音乐是学习状态下最适用的一种既优美动听又富含大自然元素,节奏在每分钟60-70拍左右,能有效诱发α脑电波,对人体身心和学习产生良好影响的最佳学习音乐。α脑波被称为高效、最佳的学习状态波,是一种理想的放松性觉醒状态。在信息网络高速发展和被前人大量研究证实合适的背景音乐有助提高学习、工作效率的今天,应改变几十至数百人在教室、阅览室里共用一种背景音乐而出现有人喜欢有人烦和众口难调的局面,应改变以往重复推荐同一单曲与在使用中反复播放的麻烦局面。在充分利用互联网上的相关优质资源同时,分享最便捷的使用路径和富有创意的指点,为孩子创设最富特色和最具个性化的优雅的居家自习环境。 That the background music of Teana α brain wave is the best learning music that the most suitable kind of beautiful sounding with rich in elements of nature for learning state, and with its rhythm around 60 - 70 BPM, it could be effectively induced α brainwave, which good impact on the physical and mental as well as studying. The α brainwave is known as the state wave of best learning and efficiency, a kind of ideal relaxed state of wakefulness. At present, the information networks develop rapid and a large amount of previous studies confirm that the appropriate background music would help to improve the efficiency of the study and work, we should change the state that dozens even hundreds of people share the same background music in one classroom or reading room, should be change the state that to recommended the same single piece and kept playing it in the past. During making full use of relevant quality resources on the internet, it would share the most convenient path and creative guidelines, to build up an elegant home environment with individual features for children to self-study.
