变频专用芯片SM2001的离心机变频控制器设计

Centrifuge Inverter Controller Based on Frequency-special Chip SM2001

设计一种通过STC系列单片机来控制变频专用芯片SM2001,最终输出目标频率及电压的变频调速系统。该系统在变频调速的基础上对控制曲线进行优化,最终获得较大的输出转矩以及稳定的调速性能。

A frequency-conversion and speed-adjustion ;system is designed. The special frequency-conversion chip SM2001 is controlled by STC serial MCU, and finially outputs target frequency and voltage. The control curved shape is optimized based on V/F speed adjustion, and the larger output torque and stable speed-adjustion performance are achieved.
