摘要
目的:提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院急诊处方,对处方合理性以及药物使用情况进行分析。结果:随机抽取2010年急诊药房处方9 108张,不合理处方278张,占3.05%,主要表现在抗菌药物使用不当、用法用量不当、联合用药不当、溶媒选用不合理、处方书写不规范。结论:急诊处方质量有待进一步提高,药师与医生的沟通需要进一步加强,以实现用药的安全、有效、经济。
Objective： To improve the quality of prescriptions and to promote rational drug use.Methods： Prescriptions of emergency pharmacy in our hospital were selected randomly and the rationality and usage of drugs were analyzed.Results： Random samples of 9,108 prescriptions were obtained from the emergency pharmacy in the children＇s hospital.As a result,278 irrational prescriptions were found（accounting for 3.05%）,including improper use of antimicrobial drugs,inappropriate dosage,improper combination therapy,unreasonable solvent use,non-standard prescription writing,etc.Conclusions： The quality of prescriptions ought to be improved,further communication between doctors and pharmacists are required to achieve safer,more efficient and economic use of medicines.
