With unique national characteristics and developmental priority,Tibet cultural industry will grow into a pillar and green industry in the economic development of Tibet.Due to the multiplier effect of fiscal and taxation policies,this paper concludes that a positive fiscal and taxation policy supports the development of Tibet cultural industry.
