摘要
以中、厚板的电器零件为例,分析了这类零件上深孔类小孔制造工艺的难点,介绍了如何在普通冲裁的基础上,釆用精冲的齿形压板,较小的冲裁间隙和精确的导向。成功地完成了对这类零件上的小孔实施半精冲工艺,并介绍了用于批量生产的模具结构的主要特点。
The problems and difficulties to manufacture the deep holes on thick plate for electrical components were ana lysed. Based on the ordinary punching half fine blanking process of deep hole on this kind of component was completed success fully by use of ring gear gag, smaller blanking clearance and precise guidance, etc. The main features of the structure of the mass-production molds were introduced.
