小动物活体成像技术的应用进展 被引量:11

摘要 动物活体内光学成像(opticalinvivoimaging)主要采用生物发光(bioluminescence)与荧光(fluorescence)两种技术在活体动物体内进行生物标记,通过成像系统来监测被标记动物体内分子及细胞等的发展进程.以及进行相关的生物。
