中西医结合治疗延缓慢性肾功能不全疗效meta分析

Meta-analysis of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy effect on chronic renal failure

目的评价中西医结合治疗延缓慢性肾功能不全的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库以及手工检索查找和收集有关中西医结合延缓慢性肾功能不全的相关文献。检索年限为1995-2010年。采用revman5.0进行分析。结果共纳入23篇中文随机对照实验研究文献。Meta分析结果显示:与单用西医非透析治疗相比,中西医结合治疗(口服药物)能进一步延缓血清肌酐值升高、延长血肌酐倍增时间。结论联合运用中药和西医非透析疗法对延缓慢性肾功能衰竭更加有效。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy for chronic renal failure. Methods Electronic and manual searches were conducted to identify randomised controlled trails（RCTs） in last 15 years for treating chronic renal failure with integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the data was analysed by revman 5.0. Results 23 Chinese RCT studies were invollved. According to the statistical data, the method of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine could slow down the speed of serum reatinine increase and delay the time of serum reatinine double increase. Conclusion The method of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine could slow down the progress of chronic renal failure more effectively.
