摘要
目的通过手深度烧伤切削痂后两种植皮方法比较,探讨深度手烧伤后早期简单有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析住院的56例患者手深度烧伤不同手术方式的愈后效果。结果早期削痂后立即植皮和早期削痂3天后植皮,均可获得满意的外观和功能。结论在医师手术经验丰富时,深度手烧伤后早期切削痂立即整张皮片移植是手深度烧伤后首选治疗方式。
Objective To compare the two different ways of autoskin grafting of deeply burned hands after escharectomy and explore an early effective economical way to treat deeply burned hands.Methods 56 cases of patients with deeply burned hands by two surgical treatments were analyzed retrospectively.Results The function and contour were satisfied.Conclusion Early escharectomy with large antoskin grafting immediately is the first choice for deeply burned hands.
