糖尿病肾病的临床特征及危险因素分析

The analysis of danger factors and clinic character of diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病发生的危险因素以及临床特征。方法收集整理分析741例糖尿病患者和其中首次确诊的257例并发糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料。结果糖尿病肾病发生率在男性与女性之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);各危险因素比例在糖尿病肾病与非肾病糖尿病之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论了解糖尿病肾病发生的危险因素及临床特征是控制糖尿病及预防糖尿病肾病的必要条件。

Objective To explore the clinic character and danger factors of diabetic nephropathy from the clinic information.Methods 741 patients with diabetes and the 257 patients with diabetic nephropathy were analyzed.Results The rate of diabetes was correlated to the age,sex,and there is significant difference（P0.05）.There was significant difference between the patients suffered from diabetes and diabetic nephropathy about the risk factors（P0.05）.Conclusion The methods of prevention diabetic nephropathy are to know the risk factor and clinic character.
