急性胰腺炎CT表现及临床分析

Diagnosis and clinical practice of acute pancreatitis by CT

目的分析急性胰腺炎的CT特点及临床表现,评价CT在急性胰腺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析54例经临床确诊为急性胰腺炎的临床和CT资料。结果 3例CT扫描胰腺未见异常,51例诊断为急性胰腺炎(占94.44%);临床诊断轻型胰腺炎32例,重型胰腺炎22例。CT表现51例急性胰腺炎表现为胰腺不同程度肿大,胰腺周围不同程度积液,11例合并少量胸水,9例可见胰腺内坏死。结论 CT对急性胰腺炎具有重要的诊断价值。

Objective To analysis the Manifestation of spiral CT on acute pancreatitis,to evaluate the diagnostic value of CT on acute pancratitis.Methods CT data of 54 cases acute pancreatitis proved by clinic were analyzed retrospectively.Results 4 cases CT were nomal.51 cases were diagnosised pancreatitis.There were 32 cases mild acute pancreatitis,22 cases severe pancreatitis proved by clinic.The CT manifestation of acute pancreatitis： swelling of pancreas diffuse,swelling of body and tail of pancreas,peripancreatic space fluid collection.11 cases a small quantity pleual fluid,9 cases necrosis of pancreas.Conclusion CT has an very important diagnostic value on acute pancreatitis.
