支气管哮喘患者自我管理现状调查分析

Analysis of current situation in patients with self-management of bronchial asthma

目的了解支气管哮喘患者自我管理现状。方法选择四川大学华西医院呼吸科诊治的80例支气管哮喘患者,让患者填写自行设计的"哮喘患者自我管理调查表"以及进行哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分。结果支气管哮喘患者自我管理意识较差,80例哮喘患者中ACT评分低于20分的患者占65%。结论支气管哮喘患者缺乏对疾病的认识与管理,应加强健康教育,提高依从性。

Objective To survey the status of slef-management in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods We included 80 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine,West China Hospital of Sichuan University.Patients completed self-designed ＂asthma self-management questionnaire＂ and the Asthma Control Test（ACT） score.Results The self-management of patients with bronchial asthma is poor.65% of patients,ACT scores were below 20 points in all 80 patients.Conclusion Most of bronchial asthma patients were lack of relevant knowledge of disease and self-management.Health education should be strengthened to improve compliance.
