Coordination in surgery to remove biliary calculus via choledochoscopy combined with laparoscopy

目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜切开取石术的手术配合及护理方法。方法回顾性分析98例腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆道切开取石的手术配合技巧。结果 98例手术均获成功,手术效果满意,均未发生因手术器械不足或不良而影响手术或延长手术时间。结论术前准备充分,并取得患者的最佳配合和术后器械的正确处理及保养是手术顺利进行的保证。

Objective To explore nursing methods and skills in coordination in surgery to remove biliary calculus via choledochoscopy combined with laparoscopy.Method 98 cases of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with successful outcomes were reviewed.Result In all selected cases,no report of surgical disturbance or elongation of operational time due to insufficiency of instruments was identified.Conclusion Factors including preoperative full preparation,patients＇ cooperation,close cooperation with surgeons during the surgery,and postoperative appropriate handling and maintaining of instruments play a significant role in the surgery.
