前列腺增生电切术后膀胱痉挛的舒适护理价值

Comfort care of bladder spasm after prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection

目的探讨舒适护理模式对前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的应用价值。方法选取120例行电切术的前列腺增生患者,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用传统方法进行护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加上舒适护理,比较两组患者膀胱痉挛的发生率、舒适度和满意度。结果观察组膀胱痉挛的发生率较对照组低而舒适度及满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理是一种整体的、以人为本、创造性的有效护理模式。相对于传统护理模式,能够有效减少患者膀胱痉挛的发生。使患者的舒适度和满意度得到明显提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application value of comfort care model for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection of bladder spasm care.Methods According to hospital,120 cases to be resection of the line BPH patients,has been divided into：observation group and control group,n = 60.Control group was given the traditional methods of care,the observation group on the basis of conventional care with comfort care.The incidence of bladder spasm,comfort and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group lower than the control group with the incidence of bladder spasm and a high degree of comfort and satisfaction（P0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care is a holistic, people-oriented,creative and effective models of care.Compared with traditional care model,which can effectively reduce the incidence of bladder spasms,the patient＇s comfort and satisfaction has been significantly improved and is worthy of promotion.
