摘要
实践能力是小学教育本科生的一项重要素质,重视师范生的实践能力是目前小学本科教育普遍的价值诉求。基于学生的缄默知识与实践能力的关系,分析了学生缄默知识的获得机制,进而提出了缄默知识视域下小学教育本科生的实践能力的四种培养方式。
Practice capability is one of the important quality of the undergraduates in primary school education. At present, primary school education is paying great attention to the practice capability of undergraduates. Based on the relationship of students' tacit knowledge and practice capability, the thesis analyzed the mechanism of acquirement of students' tacit knowledge, then put forward four kinds of cultivation mode about the practice capabifity of undergraduates in primary school education under tacit knowledge.
