摘要
生产一线班组长的培训,一直以来都是企业非常重视的培训。但是,由于培训的模式大多还是沿用传统的培训模式,使得培训质量和效果都受到企业领导以及受培者的质疑,亟待进行改革。柳职院通过充分的企业调研,创新了一种"以发现问题解决问题为导向"的企业生产一线班组长培训教学模式,并在教学实际实施中得到了企业领导和受培者的充分认可与肯定。
The enterprises have always attached great importance to train the team leaders on the first--line. The enterprises leaders and the trainees are not satisfied with the training quality and effectiveness for using the traditional training modes at present. This situation is in urgent need of reform. Through adequate enterprise survey,the author innovates and practices on the identified -- solving -- problems -- oriented teaching mode for training production line team leader in Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College. The mode is approved and affirmed in actual implementation by the enterprises leaders and the trainees.
