摘要
在高职教学课堂中,将教师与学生可以看成是一个临时的团队,通过分析影响学生学习动机的深层次原因后,运用期望理论来激励学生在课堂上的表现,激发学生的学习动机,提高学生的学习兴趣,共同完成教学目标。
The teachers and students can be viewed as a temporary team in the classroom of higher vocational teaching. Through the analysis of the deep--seated reason about the students' learning motivation,we can discover that the expectancy theory can inspire students' performance and stimulate the students' learning motivation, and improve students' interest in learning, help teachers and students achieve the teaching target.
