The teachers and students can be viewed as a temporary team in the classroom of higher vocational teaching. Through the analysis of the deep--seated reason about the students＇ learning motivation,we can discover that the expectancy theory can inspire students＇ performance and stimulate the students＇ learning motivation, and improve students＇ interest in learning, help teachers and students achieve the teaching target.
