浅谈高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设途径

Ways to Train Double-quality Teachers in Vacational Colleges

本文阐述了高职院校"双师型"教师的定义内涵,并提出高职院校要注重健全岗训制度、改革专业课程、聘用企业兼职教师、优化队伍结构、科学工作考核、强化基地设施建设,以及高职院校教师要注重积极入岗锻炼、重视自我培训、指导学生创新活动、参与课题项目研发、新老教师互助传帮带,以加强高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的建设。

This article gives the definition and cormotation of the Double--quality teachers in vacational colleges, and puts forward that it should be stressed in vacational colleges such as improving job training systems; professional courses reform;employing part--time teachers of enterprises; optimizing the structure of the teachers＇ contingent; scientific assessment of work; strengthening the construction of base facilities;and it also emphasizes that teachers should take an active part in work training, pay more attention to self--training;guide students＇ innovative activities;involve in research and development projects and old and new teachers＇ mutual mentoring to strengthen the training of Double--quality teachers in vacational colleges.
