关于中医术语“症”、“症状”及“体征”的界定

Differentiation of the terms of 'symptom and sign','symptom' and 'sign' in TCM

目前中医领域对"症"、"症状"、"体征"3个术语的运用存在不规范、甚至混淆不清的现象。文章在分别分析西医、中医有关认识的基础上,提出了对中医"症"、"症状"及"体征"等术语进一步界定的思路,旨在促进人们对中医基本概念和术语的进一步认识和理解,为中医术语的规范化提供依据。

There is a phenomenon of improper and even incorrect use of the three terms of ＇symptom and sign＇,＇symptom＇ and ＇sign＇ in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to promote the development of standardization of the Chinese medicine nomenclature,the thoughts to define the three terms were put forward on the basis of analysis the meanings of the three terms from both Chinese medicine and western medicine aspects.
