摘要
文章研究了未经热处理处理、人工时效(200℃,16 h)和固溶(415℃,24 h)时效(200℃,8 h)的Mg2O2B5w/AZ91D复合材料的热膨胀行为。结合它们的维氏硬度和金相,得出析出相的数量越多,热膨胀系数越低;残余应力值越小,CTE到达峰值的温度越低。固溶时效样品的热膨胀系数在286.2℃时达到最大值2.60×10-5/K,时效样品的热膨胀系数在244.8℃时达到最大值CTE 2.19×10-5/K。
The paper mainly researches the thermal expansion of composite materials Mg2O2B5w/AZ91D,which happens under untreated,artificial aging and solution plus aging.Combined with the analysis of their hardness and microstructure,we learn that the more the number of precipitates is the lower coefficient of thermal expansion is and the lower residual stress is.However,the lower the temperature is,the lower the maximum is.At this time,the sample that solution(24 h) plus aging(8 h)'s CTE has a maximum of 2.60 × 10^-5 / K,while the sample that aging reaches a maximum of 16 h of 2.19 × 10^-5/K.
