通络饮治疗脑梗死吞咽障碍的临床观察

Effect of Tongluoyin in treating dysphagia of cerebral ischemic stroke

目的:观察通络饮对脑梗死患者吞咽障碍的治疗作用。方法:以X线电视荧光透视检查作为评价方法,将80例脑梗死吞咽障碍患者分为两组,对照组西药常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规对症治疗基础上,加服自拟通络饮,14d后统计疗效。并进行统计学处理。结果:本研究观察到10种异常吞咽方式,在吞咽障碍的改善方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟通络饮可改善脑梗死患者的吞咽障碍,提高疗效。

Objective： To evaluat the effect of Tongluoyin in treating dysphagia of cerebral ischemic stroke.Methods： 80 cases of patients of dysphagia of cerebral ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups： control group was teated by routine method,treatment group was taken with Tongluoyin on the basis of routine method.After 14d,the effect was evaluated by statistics.Results： This study had observed 10 sorts of abnormal swallowing modes,which all had improved（P0.05）,but the treatment group was more effective than the control group.Conclusions： Effect of Tongluoyin in treating dysphagia of cerebral ischemic stroke is evident.
