Patent Progress in Hydroprocessing Hydrocarbon Oil by Liquid Circulation

液相循环加氢工艺具有设备投资少、运行成本低的优点,是目前加氢工艺研究领域的热点。文章从溶氢、反应压力与温度控制、反应器进料方式、液相循环物流的净化等方面总结了近年来烃油液相循环加氢工艺相关专利技术的进展,并对该技术今后改进的方向提出了建议。

Liquid circulation process is the hot topic in the area of hydroprocessing hydrocarbon oil for lower energy consumption and smaller investment.The latest patent progress in hydroproces-sing hydrocarbon oil by liquid circulation was reviewed from several aspects such as dissolving hydrogen,controlling reaction pressure and temperature,feed-in method,and purifying cyclic liquid.Suggestion was put forward on the improvement of hydroprocessing hydrocarbon oil by liquid circulation.
