Selection of laboratory animals in animal model preparation for the northwest dryness syndrome

以西北燥证病因和证候对实验动物的要求为根据,分析啮齿类、非啮齿类哺乳实验动物的生理、病理特点及其在不同实验条件下的反应性差异,在综合、权衡、比较的基础上,认为SD大鼠将是最适合于西北燥证实验研究的造模动物。

According to the primary pathogenesis and syndrome of the Northwest Dryness Syndrome,analysed the requirement of Northwest Dryness Syndrome research.Compared the rodent and the non rodent mammal laboratory animals on the aspect of the physiological and pathological character in different experimental conditions,on the basis of synthesis,balance and comparison,we found that SD rat was the most suitable laboratory animal in animal model preparation for Northwest Dryness Syndrome research.
