调理脾胃法治疗胸痹是一套体系完整的名老中医学术经验,笔者学习并行发挥,总结认为该法主病针对以心胃同病为主的胸痹,围绕调中理气、治阳建中的调、治脾胃核心治法,在其基础上针对以气虚、血虚为主的本虚和以寒、痰、湿、瘀为主的邪实进行辨治,可以有效指导临床,达到迅速缓解胸痹及化纳失常症状的治疗作用。

The method of regulating spleen and stomach in treating thoracic obstruction is a complete system of clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine.In the research of this method,it can be described as a treatment of warming Yang and regulating Qi,which is targeted on the diseases of both heart and stomach,and aims at the deficiency of qi and blood and the accumulation of cold,phlegm,dampness and blood stasis.This method will help clinical treatment significantly,and relieve the symptoms of the thoracic obstruction and digestive system.
