Systematic summarizing the clinical efficacy of Fructus Amomi to provide drug references for clinicians.Clinical efficacy of Fructus Amomi can be summarized as follows： removing dampness with herbal aromatics,promoting qi to alleviate spleen-stomach,warming spleen-stomach to arrest vomiting,warming spleen to inhibit diarrhea,promoting qi to soothing fetus,depressing qi to expel phlegm,preventing alcoholism to awake soul,preventing hurt stomach to help digestion,moistening kidney to arrive underside,eliminating fishbone caught in throat.
