城市污水厂污泥烧制陶粒工艺研究

摘要 污泥作为污水厂的副产物,必须进行适当的处理。利用污泥烧制陶粒可以有效减少污水厂污泥排放量,同时又充分利用了污泥,真正实现了"减排"甚至"零排放"。从原料配比和烧制条件上对利用污泥烧制陶粒进行了研究分析。结果表明,以污泥为主要原料,以水玻璃为添加剂,另加适量比例的水,在一定烧制温度和保温时间下烧制陶粒产品,最佳配比和烧制条件为:水玻璃含量20%,水含量70%,预热温度400℃,预热时间20 min,烧结温度1000℃,烧结时间30 min。 Sewage treatment plant sludge as a by-product,must be disposed appropriately.The use of sewage sludge sintering ceramsite can effectively reduce the emissions of plant sewage sludge,making full use of the sludge,and truly realize the "reduction" or even "zero emissions".Studying and analysising of the ratio of raw materials and sintering condition,the result showed that the best ratio and sintering conditions,by using sludge as main raw materials,with water glass as additive and plus the appropriate proportion of water,as following:content of sodium metasilicate is 20%,content of water is 70%,preheating temperature is 400 ℃,preheating time is 20 min,sintering temperature is 1000 ℃,sintering time is 30 min.
