摘要
介绍了《食品快速检测技术实训》课程项目化教学设计思路及理念,探讨了实训项目的选择、实施方案及项目化教学考核体系。实践证明:项目教学法有利于培养学生的职业能力,提高了实训教学效果。
The application of project approached in food fast-detection technology experimental operation was introduced.Guiding ideology,experimental project content selection,implementing scheme and assessment system were discussed.Result shows that student＇s vocational ability is cultivated and the quality of experimental teaching is improved obviously.
