摘要
目的:观察复方仙草颗粒对IgA肾病(IgAN)小鼠的影响,探讨复方仙草颗粒对IgAN的治疗机制。方法:采用口服加皮下注射牛血清白蛋白,并联合应用葡萄球菌肠毒素B尾静脉注射的方法,建立小鼠IgAN模型,随机分为5组,给予复方仙草颗粒和强的松片进行治疗,以ELISA法检测各组小鼠血清及肾脏组织中IL-13、IL-17的含量变化。结果:与正常组比较,IgAN小鼠血清及肾脏组织中IL-13、IL-17水平均显著性升高(P<0.01);与对照组比较,复方仙草颗粒高、中剂量组均能显著降低IgAN模型小鼠血清及肾脏组织中IL-13、IL-17水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:复方仙草颗粒可显著抑制IgAN模型血清及肾脏组织中IL-13、IL-17的分泌,从而达到抑制IgAN炎症反应、抗系膜细胞增殖的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Complex Xiancao Granule on the IgAN rats,and it's mechanism for the treatment of IgAN.Methods: Oral plus subcutaneous injection of bovine serum albumin,and the combination of staphylococcal enterotoxin B tail vein injection method,the rats model of IgAN were randomly divided into 5 groups to give Complex Xiancao Granule and prednisone tablets for treatment,to enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect the serum and kidney tissue of IL-13,IL-17 of the content.Results: Compared with normal group: IgAN serum and kidney tissue of IL-13,IL-17 were significantly higher(P0.01);compared with model group: high dose of compound of immortality particles can significantly reduce the IgAN Serum and kidney tissue of mice in the IL-13,IL-17 levels(P0.05,P0.01);compound of immortality was smaller dose group and prednisone group did not significantly reduce the IgAN serum and kidney tissue of mice in the IL-13,IL-17 levels.Conclusion: Complex Xiancao Granule could significantly inhibit the serum IgAN and kidney tissue of IL-13,IL-17 secretion,and thus inhibit inflammation in IgAN,anti-mesangial cell proliferation.
