摘要
文章利用Aspen Plus软件对酸性水汽提塔进行了模拟,并在侧线采出位置、热冷进料配比、热进料温度及进料氨浓度等四个方面对汽提塔进行了分析及优化,确定了该塔操作的最佳条件及注意要点。
The paper simulated acidic water stripper using Aspen Plus simulator.After convergence is achieved,analysis and optimization is carried in four aspects of the position of side draw,the flow ratio of hot feed to cold feed,the temperature of hot feed and the concentration of ammonia in the feed to determine the optimal conditions and key issues for operation.
