摘要
文章以研究者当班主任这一年来的亲身感受和经历为出发点,广泛吸取当代班主任的先进教育理念,以教育学和心理学为理论基础,着重阐述了笔者对大学生如何正确理解素质教育、班主任在大学生素质教育中如何正确定位自己的角色以及如何更好地发挥班主任的作用等问题的不同理解。
In the paper,to the author's a year feeling and experience as the starting point,the author draw extensively on advanced education idea of contemporary teachers,theories on education and psychology as the theoretical basis,focuses on the different understanding of following problems,such as,how to correctly understanding the quality education,how to correctly locate own role of the teacher in charge of a class in the quality education of college students,and how to better play the role of teacher in charge of a class problem.
