氨氯萘醌的合成研究

摘要 以甲醇为溶剂,考察了二氯萘醌与氨气反应制备氨氯萘醌的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,氨与二氯萘醌的摩尔比为6∶1,氨甲醇溶液浓度15%-17%,反应时间4 h,反应温度20-25℃,收率可达到96%。 Synthetic process of 2-amino-3-chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone from dichloronaphthoquinone with ammonia in methanol was studied.It shows a good result that the molar ratio of ammonia and dichloronaphthoquinone is 6∶1,the concentration of ammonia methanol solution is 15 %-17 %,the reaction temperature is 20-25 degree c and the reaction time is 4 h,the yield is 96 %.
