摘要
随着全球化经济时代的来临,民营企业面临的竞争日益激烈,其长期健康持续发展受到严重威胁,而影响民营企业发展最重要的因素是人才的培养。论文通过对民营企业人力资源管理的现状进行分析,从建构民营企业核心能力的角度出发,提出民营企业人力资源管理的战略规划,希望为民营企业的发展提供一定的理论指导。
With the globalization of economy, the private enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, the long- term healthy and sustainable development is threatened, and the most important factor influencing the development is the loss of talent. This article through to analysis the private enterprise human resources management situation, from the construction of private enterprise core competence perspective, provide the private enterprise human resources management strategy, hoping for the development of private enterprises to provide certain theoretical guidance.
