摘要美国的学校图书馆及图书馆员在美国年轻一代的成长、教育及社会发展中一直发挥着重要作用。通常,学校图书馆员在上岗前都要通过多种能力资格认证。本研究通过大量的文献调研和网络调研,对认定学校图书馆员能力资格的依据——美国学校图书馆能力标准(2010),从其作用、内涵及特征等方面做了详尽分析,以期为国内同仁进行相关研究提供参考。 Based on massive documentary and online researches, this paper makes a detailed analysis, of 2010 American School Librarians＇ Ability Standards--the basis of evaluating school librarians＇ abilities and qualifications, from aspects of its function, connotation and characteristics.
