教育机会均等视角下流动儿童义务教育问题研究

The Study of Migrant Children's Compulsory Education in the Perspective of Equal Opportunity

在农村剩余劳动力转移过程中,大量儿童随父母流入城市,形成流动儿童群体。他们进入城市后无法获得与城市儿童同等的义务教育机会,不利于教育起点公平的实现。对此,只有改进教育财政的拨款方式,发展专业教育管理公司,以及引入学校社工,才能有效地促进其教育均等机会的获得与社会公正的实现。

When the rural surplus labor takes a shift, a lot of children move with their parents to the cities and thus there exists the mobile children population. These migrant children have been treated unfairly in compulsory ed- ucation after they moved into urban communities. To help with the equality in education opportunity, certain measures can be taken--such as to improve the ways of financial appropriation, to set up the professional education manage- ment companies, and to introduce the school social work in this field.
