摘要
彩显生产过程中,荧光粉废水水质水量变化幅度大,运行成本高,污染物排放量高.采用加载—还原—协同絮凝工艺处理荧光粉废水,工程实践表明,在处理效率、出水水质及运行成本、产泥率等方面都远优于传统工艺.该工艺出水的SS,CODcr,TCr,Cr+6,产泥率及运行成本的平均值分别为0.7mg/L,16.1 mg/L,9.7mg/L,1.3kg/m3,1.26元/m3,较原有工艺降低超过35%,其出水水质优于《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》GB/T18921-2002标准,可回用作杂用水及景观水补水.
In the process of manufacturing color display devices, the treatment of wastewater from fluorescent powder making is characterized by instability of quality and quantity of the wastewater, high costs and large pollutant emission. The application of loading flocculation process shows that the efficiency, effluent quality and sludge yield are superior to that of traditional technology. Its average value of SS, CODcr, Tcr, Cr+6, Sludge yield and running costs were 0.7mg/L, 16.1 mg/L, 9.7mg/L, 1.3kg.m3, 1.26yuan/m3 respectively, which were 35% lower than that with conventional process. The effluent can be used for miscellaneous water and landscape make-up water because of its excellent quality which is above the accepted standard (GB/T 18921-2002, Reuse of Recycling Water for Urban Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption).
