探索传统民居节能减排的有效途径——以烟台所城里为例

摘要 通过对烟台市所城里中传统民居的实地调研及民居使用现状分析,在尊重传统、保护和延续传统民居精神风貌的基础上,使用和优化传统节能技术,对民居的内部空间形态和外部空间形态进行局部改造,使民居获得节能减排的使用效果,实现了传统民居保护与更新的同时向可持续发展方向转变的有效途径.我们发现:传统民居由于层高一般较高,将其局部空间改造成复式空间存在可能性,这为扩展使用空间、解决传统民居中人口密度大造成的生活空间拥挤问题提供了可能性;建筑南向局部阳光间的加入,不仅解决了传统民居中采光不足、室内环境昏暗的现象,也为室内采暖、通风提供了条件,节约了能源;传统火炕与太阳能结合设计,彰显了传统与现代科技的结合,体现了民居传统的延续和节能减排并重的设计思想. From a survey of the present traditional dwellings of Suochengli, Yantai City, we suggest an improve- ment project for both internal and external structure of the house based on the principle of respecting traditional cul- ture and preserving the historical dwellings. The energy efficient technology is utilized to savie energy and reduce GHG emission and to realize the conservation and sustainable development of the historical buildings. Because nor- mally the old dwellings have very high ceiling height the internal space of the traditional dwellings can be enlarged by separating the one-floor house into two floors one. This improvement creates more spaces for residences. To add the southern lighting room may not only solve the deficiency of daylight, but also improve the thermal mass and ven- tilation of the traditional dwellings. The combination of Kang and solar heating systems shows the integration of modem technology with traditional culture. The core design ideology reflects that both continue traditional culture and reducing GHG emissions are equally important for contemporary society.
