摘要
用分子蒸馏方法分离莪术油中β-榄香烯,研究了温度、压力、刮膜器转速以及进料速度对β-榄香烯纯度和收率的影响.实验结果表明:在温度60℃,压力50 Pa,刮膜器转速220 r/min,进料流速2.0 mL/min的条件下,分离效果最佳.经过2次分离,β-榄香烯纯度可达到25.3%.
β-elemene is extracted from zedoary turmeric oil by molecular distillation. Effect of temperature, pressure, speed of wiper rotation and speed of feed, on elemene purity and yield of elemene and distillate are investigated. The results show that the separation effects are the best under conditions of temperature 60℃, pressure 50 Pa, speed of wiper rotation 220 r/min, and speed of feed 2.0 mL/min. With twice separation, content of β-elemene is enhanced to 25.3%.
