摘要
对直流立式主传动变速箱的换档结构进行改进,取消了变速油缸液压保压装置,新设计了一套变速箱档位锁紧机构,采用了将锁紧插销插入拨叉锁紧槽来锁紧拨叉的结构。该机构锁紧拨叉牢固、可靠,有效地防止了变速箱档位脱开事故的发生。
The papers describes that gear structure of D. C vertical main transmission's gear box is improved, and keeping pressure units of speed changed oil cylinder hydraulic is cancelled. A set of speed box's gear locking structure is designed, the units lock fasten fork is very hard reliable, which is valid to prevent step of gear box setting from loose accident
