摘要
基于PC和强抗干扰技术设计出自动设故的数控机床维修教学设备,该设备具有设故高效率和智能化等特点。该项目的完成为学生机床装调与维修实训创造了有利条件,同时提升了教师的综合能力和教学水平,为进一步扩大校企合作领域奠定了坚实基础。
The paper designed a teaching equipment for CNC machine maintenance based on automatic set by PC and the strong anti-jamming technology, which has some characteristics such as efficient set and intellectualized design. The accomplishment of this project can create favorable conditions for the practice course, and enhance the teacher' s comprehensive capacity and teaching level, which are the solid foundation for expanding cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
