采用视觉检测技术,利用工件图像轮廓上各像素点相对质心力矩的大小,基于力学原理提出了一种区域质心算法,可以对孔类工件的内径实现精确的在线检测。

： Adopting the measurement with vision and using the torque of each pixel at the outline of the workpiece to the centroid, an area centroid arithmetic is put forward based on the torque principle in this paper. This method can implement an accurate real time measure for the inner diameter of the hole part.
