摘要
通过对加工中心拉刀机构进行分析,提出了用电阻应变式压力传感器与数控机床刀柄相结合的设计方案,利用压力传感器的电阻应变原理将拉刀力显示于液晶显示器上,对数控机床拉刀力进行数字化测量,对发挥数控机床的潜能、实现高效加工有现实意义。
Based on the analysis of broach institutions of machining center, this article proposed a designing plan of using the resistance strain pressure sensor and the combinalion with CSTC machine tool holder , to display broach force on the LCD by using resistance strain of press sensor and to do a digitalized measurement to broach force of CNC machine tools. All these above mentioned will play an extraordinary significance for a high efficiency process.
