摘要
分析了现有国家标准的滞后性,结合实例论述了对量规设计进行修正的可行性,并从概率和数理分析角度说明了对量规进行修正的必要性。
This article analyzes the lagging of the current national standard. Combining with examples of the feasibility of the modification, gauges design is discussed, and the necessity of modification is described from the standpoint of the probability and mathematical analysis.
