Combining with the working experience and specific models, this paper analyzed the principle of arc starting pulse installation in DC TIG welding machine. The principle of arc starting and steadying pulse installation in AC TIG welding machine was also analyzed. According to the specific cases, such failure analysis methods and elimination method were also introduced.
