Analysis of the clinical application of insulin similitudes in hospitals of Shanghai

目的:了解胰岛素类似物在上海119家样本医院应用的现状,供生产、营销、使用等部门参考。方法:调研上海119家样本医院2008-2010年应用胰岛素类似物品种、金额、用量和增长率等,结合临床应用进行分析。结果:胰岛素类似物有甘精、门冬、赖脯和地特胰岛素等,在临床上用量逐年增多。胰岛素制剂品种趋向多样化,方便合理选用。结论:胰岛素类似物治疗糖尿病,前景看好。

Objective： To find out the situation of application of insulin similitudes in 119 hospitals of Shanghai and provide reference for production, sale and consumption departments. Methods： We investigated insulin similitudes used in 119 hospitals of Shanghai during 2008-2010 in respect to their category., consumption, growth rate and clinical application. Results： The category of insulin similitudes was as follows： insulin glargine, insulin aspart, insulin lispo, insulin detemir and so on. The consumption of each similitude had been increased year by year. As the category of preparations of insulin similitudes was more and more diversified, we have more reasonable choices. Conclusion： The prospects of insulin similitudes are good for the treatment of diabetes in clinic.
